The Four i’s is the name given to Atlantis Healthcare’s proven process for designing, implementing and managing patient support programs.

The four stages

The Four i’s represents four sequential stages in the program evolution process.  The four stages comprise:

  1. Investigate:  Initial research conducted to determine the business and brand objectives before devising potential programs.
  2. Insight: Formal evidence-based research conducted to understand where interventions could be introduced to maximise business and brand objectives.
  3. Initiate: Creation of the program and the systems that deliver and support the program.
  4. Involve: Launch of program, including ongoing maintenance and improvements.
